If you are reading this review and are in search of a realtor, your search is over. Lisa is not only top notch, but she is the best realtor I have ever worked with. We've had 5 or 6 different realtors over the past 5 years in various purchases and sales, and Lisa is just on another level. The best word to describe her is exceptional...she is extremely responsive, knowledgeable, has an excellent consultative approach to home buying, and (most importantly) is honest. Additionally, she is very easy to work with, always available for you, and asks great questions which help you decide what you truly want in a property. We were in search of a home in the Westborough/Northborough/Grafton area and she had a good feel for exactly what each town brought to the table, neighborhoods, price points, etc. She helped us find our home in less than a month and did not waste our time....every house she showed us was in line with what we first described to her as our 'ideal home'. I can safely say that my family will be a lifetime client of Lisa's and I hope other people get to experience home buying with Lisa representing them.

I worked with Lisa in a slightly different capacity as she was a Seller's agent and I was an unrepresented Buyer. Lisa was fantastic though with helping me through the process, and although she was technically representing the Seller, she was fair and equitable in all of her dealings with me throughout the process, and she was just as responsive to me and my questions as if she were my own agent. She also used her connections within the mortgage arena to keep my mortgage process moving along (as smoothly as any mortgage process goes these days, which is not so smooth). Anyway, I highly recommend Lisa for either listing or buying, and I have already recommended her to my brother, where Lisa was able to make an exceptionally quick turn on his house as the listing agent.

Since we were purchasing a short sale property, the whole process took almost half a year. But from the beginning to the end, lisa was always being helpful and always make herself available to us whenever we need something. We've started looking for our first home in early 2011. Due to some personal reasons we had to put a halt to our search. Glad we did that, because we found Lisa in early 2012, when we resumed our search.
Lisa is a true professional, but somewhere she gets that personal touch into the whole experience of house hunting. She is extremely knowledgeable about the areas that she serves and also about the entire process. For a first time home buyer she is a blessing. She is very very prompt in responding to any questions and also in getting your questions answered from the concerned. Lisa helped us in the entire process, as we were first time home buyers she referred us to a wonderful mortgage broker, who deserves a completely new review. Lisa is never in a rush and tries to put forward her honest opinion. We've looked at almost 10 homes and finally put an offer. She is a great negotiator and always knows what is a good price. I am a first time home buyer. From the get go, Lisa was very responsive, patient in explaining the process to me, and made sure I had all the tools to make the right decisions in the search for my first home. She really allowed me to have an initial reaction to a house before we started thinking about all the practicalities - gave the perfect combination of heart and head in making a decision.
When I did find a home I fell in love with, I was not the only one who loved it as there were multiple offers. Lisa did everything she could think of to give me an advantage over the other offers, while making sure I was always comfortable with the financial aspects of the offer. What a great fortune it was to stumble upon Lisa Pazol while driving the roads of Bellingham looking for my first home.Through calling the phone number on a sign outside a property, I got in touch with Lisa.That evening, we saw that home as well as two others in the area.I immediately knew Lisa was the type of Realtor defined as “one of the good ones” in the first-time homebuyer books and articles I’d read over the recent years.

I met Lisa pazol by accident when I stop-by to see a townhouse in Upton, Massachusetts. She had a book for the people who visited the unit to sign. I just picked up her card and had no intention buying a house.
Two weeks later, I started thinking about buying a two family unit so I can live in one and my son can live on the second unit. I called Lisa and the search for house hunting started.
My goals of what I really wanted to buy kept shifting because I really did not know. Lisa was patient enough to take me along and keep my interest high. I end up buying a real good home but it took Lisa and me a few months to find the right one. There were times where I was just real tired wanted to buy a house just any house but Lisa discourage me because it was not a good deal for the money I had to pay. Lisa could have just simply encouraged me to buy anything just to get her commission without thinking about my interest but that is not Lisa. Sometimes I was very surprised that she was so persistent for keeping me from going for the sale because it was not the right property for me and she knew I would not be happy.
